            Today, people want the educational system to become transparency between teacher and students. Transparency means there is no distance or gap between teacher and students. It is mean not only the teacher can comment the students, but also the students can comment the teachers. From this, we can make a good communication between teacher and students.

           Nowadays, the government emphasize the educational system become more transparency between teacher and students. It means, it should be there is a good communication between teacher and students. When this condition happened can help teaching and learning activities. Between the teacher and students feel satisfied, students will enjoy the class. The teacher will know about what their students want. Today, almost all students can feel boring easier with teaching and learning activities. Sometimes, teachers don't know if their delivery of the lesson make their students feel boring. It can make the chemistry between students and teacher when we feel our teachers like our friends. It means students very closer with teacher. When they are very closer, students will feel enjoy and there is no shy between them.

           On the other hand, it is not the ethic of students when they grade the teachers. This means we don't have a right to grade them that give us much knowledge. Remember that teachers are older than us. We should not grade them in each field. Because they also a human like us. Teacher will be more sensitivity than us. When we grade or comment them, they will feel uncomfortable and means that you judge them become a bad teacher. They will assume that you are impolite students. Teacher is second parents of students in the school. They do not only give us knowledge but they also make us to be a good person. They teach us how to do a good attitude. We should treat them as well as possible.

            In this era, the educational management should be transparency between teacher and students. It means we should keep a good communication between teacher and students. But remember, when you give a comment should in a right way. Don't make our teacher feels hurt feeling.

Nowadays, there are so many probem can solve with technology. The example, computer, it can make our job become easier. It can save our typing in the memory, it can look for many information with conect to internet, etc. Almost in every home have Personal Computer (PC) or laptop. Today, almost all our activities do in front of computer. We can type many words and does not lost because the computer has a memory inside and we can open our file everytime. Almost every student have laptop or computer that can help them to do their assignment. Because many teachers give the assignment and the students have to collect it in computer typing not in write writing. It can become a new program of study. When they open their computer, it can take a long time. So many students will study long time than before. The computer can connect to internet. It is very useful to everyone even for the students. Many of students don’t know about the explanation of teacher, they will search the material in internet. It is very helpful for them.
In this era, computer bring the bad side of our health. When we do our job in front of computer in a long time can make a trouble in our eyes, our back, and our kneck. Many problems of family can caused by computer. When people sit in front of computer,they will forget the time. They will forget for lunch, break, and forget the time for their wife or husband. It can make lack of meeting with our family. When they live in different place or even country, they just only send message by email to know their life. They don’t have to come to that pkace to know how about them. Sometimes, many of girl prefer to get message from their boy friend in hand writing. They feel it more romantic, but when the computer come can make their relation less of romantic.

Is Our Election Fair?

At about a half past year ago, a selection of SMAN 10 Malang Sampoerna Academy’s student batch three was done. The selection was very tight. From at about 5500 entry application, only 330 application was accepted in first selection to pass the writing test, psychologist test, and Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Then after first selection was done, only 150 students was accepted in SMAN 10 Malang Sampoerna Academy. This selection did to looked for students who smart, competitive, and come from middle to low economy family. From this criteria make some people wasn’t satisfied.

                Nowadays, many of students have a great talent. We have known if we have “Human Right”. There is no different between the rich people with the poorer people. We have known that many students send application to SMAN 10 Malang Sampoerna Academy. The students have the same ability but after they can pass in first selection, some of students fail to enter SMAN 10 Malang. Because their family are rich than the others. Whereas they have the same ability or even than others. In the same case, many students can not pass to go the first selection without reason. They havesent the application, they sent their many certificate of competition. But they can not pass the form application without why they are failed.

                Today, we have known if there are so many students from poor family can not study because the economic problem. This program is very helpful for them. It can become their motivation to get schoolarship from Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF). Then, every organisation have the private thing that it should give to others or not. The competition in this program is very tight. The students who do something wrong, it will affect in their selection. This schoolarship program looked for the students who vey competitive and good in every sector. This program was not just looked for the smart or brilliant students, but their economic condition and their attitude. There are so many smart students now but they don’t have good attitude. They can bring a big problem for theirselves and others.

                In this era, education is very important for everyone. If they can not study because of many problems, it can affect in their life. The schoolarship program can help them to reach their dreams. Many students it means many success man.
